On my way to Vilnius from Minsk, the driver insisted to see my paper ticket. That was weird, - I didn't print the ticket when I purchased it online, as I had never been asked for paper ticket riding this bus line in the past. Drivers just verified my purchase with ID. I had paper schedule with me (with my name on it), gave it to him, and, apparently, it was enough. Still, it makes me wonder, whether he had let me on the bus without "paper ticket"? Why did he need it?
Good
Very good
Super.
Above and beyond
Very good service, the trip was so fast....in 3 hours we go from Vilnius aereoport to Minsk . The price of tickets remain too much high this very bad thing...the bus company must get down
no delay at the border crossing - arrival at destination in time
Very Good
Everything is good
The bus's not so comfortable 😁
Good day.
Thank you for your comment. Please note that the ticket can also be shown on your phone. Please clarify your travel time so that we can make every effort to prevent this from happening again.
No, it may not be shown on my phone if the email address I had used for the ticket purchase, - I couldn't open on my phone, and that was precisely the case. I travelled on Tuesday, April 22, 20:40, Minsk Central Bus Station.
